The results of calculations of film growth carried out in the framework of MASKA-LM, STAR-CCM+ at temperatures T=650oC and Т=500оС. Mass oxygen content is – 10-8 kg/kg. The curves are trimmed after the thickness of the films reaches the saturation value.
